Sidefiles respects intellectual property rights and removes infringing material expeditiously upon receipt of a valid notice under 17 U.S.C. § 512 (the "DMCA") and the EU Digital Services Act (DSA, Regulation 2022/2065).

If you believe content hosted here infringes a copyright you own or are authorized to act on behalf of, please submit a notice using the form below. We review every notice and typically act within 48 hours.

What a valid notice must contain
  1. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
  2. The exact URL of the infringing material on this site
  3. Your contact information — legal name, postal address, email, phone
  4. A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized
  5. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are the owner or authorized agent
  6. A physical or electronic signature

This counts as an electronic signature under 15 U.S.C. § 7001.
Counter-notice and false-claim warning

Knowingly making material misrepresentations in a DMCA notice carries liability under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), including damages and attorney's fees.
